Owns an ideal pitchers' frame (6'3", 210 pounds) and plenty of feel for pitching. Is crafty and a consistent strike-thrower. Is good at keeping his team in games. Owns plenty of guile and moxie. Does not have overpowering stuff, which can be an issue in Major League Baseball. Also, he can be too hittable (even at the minor-league level). Surrenders too many home runs for the bigs.
