The Pirates recalled Palacios from Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday.

The Pirates activated Palacios (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Monday and optioned him to Triple-A Indianapolis, Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
