The Nationals reassigned Perdomo to minor-league camp Sunday, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

Perdomo signed a one-year deal with the Chiba Lotte Marines of Japan, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Perdomo was placed on the 15-day injured list Sunday with a right calf strain.

Perdomo (2-0) earned the win over the Cardinals on Tuesday. He allowed a run on three hits and struck out one in three innings.

Perdomo was recalled from Triple-A Nashville on Thursday.

Perdomo (elbow) was activated from the injured list and optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday.

Perdomo (elbow) made the second appearance of his rehab assignment Saturday with Triple-A Nashville, working one inning while giving up a run on two hits.
