Is a polished hitter with good strike-zone judgment and quick hands, so he is capable of hitting for average at all lower levels. Also displays emerging home-run power. Lacks a little consistency in terms of power, but he might be able to curb that with more experience. Has a tendency to get caught stealing a bit too much. Is versatile enough to play on an outfield corner (to go along with first base) but he is not an elite defender at any position.
