Hall signed a minor league contract with the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Hall picked up the win in Triple-A Colorado Springs' 7-5 victory over Nashville on Thursday. He gave up an earned run on three hits while striking out a batter in one inning of work.

Brewers optioned RHP Brooks Hall to Double-A Huntsville. Hall, 23, never had a real shot to win a roster spot. He'll go back into Huntsville's rotation after posting a 4.01 ERA there last year.
