Owns an excellent feel for pitching, plus good command of his repertoire. Gets a lot of mileage out of his average stuff (by MLB standards). Has a big frame (6'4", 200 pounds). He lacks a dominant strikeout pitch, so he must often rely too heavily on pinpoint location and his defense to bail him out of trouble. Must keep the ball down at all times.
