Scouting Report
The son of former big-league closer Bryan Harvey, he has excellent pitching pedigree and a projectable (6-3) frame. Owns great command, a very good fastball and excellent curve. Knows how to pitch and can dominate when he is on. Injuries have ravaged his career, so he needs to prove he can stay on the field in order to maximize output in MLB. Could stand to use more bulk on his frame for better stamina (and also to try to avoid more injury issues down the road).
Long Range Potential: Talented, fragile right-hander with good upside.
