Scouting Report
An offensive catcher, he switch-hits and can hit for power from either side of the dish. Also displays the ability to hit for average due to good plate discipline. Calls a good game and throws the ball quickly on steal attempts. Still needs a lot of work in terms of receiving, framing pitches and becoming the vocal leader of a pitching staff, which should all come with time. That said, he must continue to hit in order to maintain value as a catcher.
Long Range Potential: Quality offensive catcher with upside.
