Long Range Potential: A quality reliever with good stuff and swing-and-miss ability, he had an explosive fastball and a quality slider. Also threw an effective cutter. His control was also a major asset. At 5'11", 210 pounds, he was hardly an ideal candidate for closer duties. Also, his stuff was not always good enough to routinely dominate big-league batters.,Solid reliever.
