Defense is his calling card, as he displays excellent hands, outstanding range, a plus arm and terrific movement around the shortstop position. Is also a great athlete with good speed. Struggles to produce offensive numbers with consistency in the minor leagues, which does not bode well for his chances of becoming an everyday player in Major League Baseball.
