The Blue Jays are constantly looking for bargains, so perhaps the 27-year-old Leon might be the latest find for them. The Mexican right-hander is a decent pitcher who could crack Toronto's bullpen in middle relief this spring.

The A's had already designated Leon for assignment, so they did well just to get back something in return for his services. He didn't perform well during his 19-game stint in Oakland in 2015, so it's no surprise he was let go.

Unless Leon finds the strike zone with far greater regularity, he will continue to ride the AAA-MLB shuttle. His fantasy value is negligible at this point.
