Yates, like many relievers, followed up a very good 2014 season with a bad 2015 campaign. The Tribe will look to get him back on track next season. The 28-year-old right-hander is worth a look, for sure.

The Rays had plenty of young pitchers to add to the 40-man roster recently, so Yates fell victim of the numbers game. The club did well to at least get cash back for their inconsistent (but talented) reliever.

Yates may be a fantasy dark horse in Cleveland if he sticks as a reliever, but he remains a bit of a long shot.
