The 27-year-old Wittgren should be able to carve out a role pitching out of Cleveland's bullpen in 2019. He has plenty of deception and is hard to hit against, so this is a good addition by the Indians.

The Marlins decided to designate Wittgren for assignment recently, so they were at least able to land an asset in return. Milbrath is a very lanky right-hander who has a chance to become a decent middle reliever in MLB.

There is little fantasy impact here, as neither Wittgren nor Milbrath is guaranteed an important bullpen spot with their new teams. Perhaps as the '19 campaign moves along either of them may become a factor, but not now.
