The A's are currently making small, subtle moves to try to improve their bullpen for the 2018 campaign. Moll is their latest addition. A decent left-hander with a little upside, Moll should challenge for a roster spot in the Cactus League next spring.

The Rockies had recently designated Moll for assignment, so they were at least able to get something in return for his services. The Rox feel comfortable with their current stable of left-handed relievers, which is why Moll was deemed expendable.

Moll should not be on the fantasy radar yet, but the move away from Colorado (and to Oakland's spacious park) may help his fantasy progression moving forward.
