The Kings transferred Jones from the Stockton Kings of the G League on Wednesday, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

The Kings are signing Jones to a two-way contract Friday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Jones logged 17 points (3-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight assists and four rebounds in 37 minutes during Tuesday's 123-122 loss to the G League Ignite.

Jones generated 36 points (15-20 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven assists, four rebounds and two steals in 35 minutes during Friday's 136-109 win over Salt Lake City.

Jones recorded 27 points (9-15 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and two steals in 36 minutes during Friday's 112-102 win over Austin.

Jones posted 12 points (3-6 FG, 4-5 FT), 12 assists and six rebounds in 37 minutes during Saturday's 128-103 loss to Lakeland.

Jones tallied 19 points (5-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 10 assists and three rebounds in 42 minutes during Monday's 120-115 loss to the Vipers.
