Curry said Monday during his exit interview that he's dealing with a Grade 3 right ankle sprain and hopes to begin basketball activities in a couple of weeks, Sam Perley of the Hornets' official site reports.
Hornets head coach Steve Clifford said Wednesday that Curry (ankle) won't return this season, Roderick Boone of The Charlotte Observer reports. "Those two guys are not going to be able to come back," Clifford said of Curry and Cody Martin (ankle). "And it doesn't mean we can't play well. It doesn't mean we can't be proud of how we play. But that's just where we are at. Listen, it's not ideal."
Curry (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Hawks.
The Hornets announced Monday that Curry (ankle) will be evaluated in two weeks.
Curry (ankle) will not play in Sunday's game versus the Raptors.
Curry is in the starting lineup for Friday's game versus the 76ers, Roderick Boone of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Curry (hip) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Bucks.
Curry (hip) is probable for Tuesday's game against Milwaukee.
Curry won't play Sunday versus Portland due to right hip soreness.
