| Highly energetic and explosive, he was an intense left-handed shooter who played above the rim. Often made exciting, game-changing plays. Had a good reach and would regularly jump over opponents for big dunks and blocks. Was a solid source of steals and took care of the ball well. Was tough and a battler in the paint. Was not big for an NBA power forward or center; he was a power player with a small forward's frame. Never fully developed his shooting stroke to complement his play in the paint and draw opposing big men out. Thrived more in a small-ball/up-tempo system than in a classic half-court setup. | |
