A late-blooming talent, the Canadian guard started every game for Iowa State University as a senior (after transferring from the University of Virginia). Has the ability to hit the three-point shot and is also an excellent free-throw shooter. Has worked hard to become an NBA guard but there is still work to do: he does not always make the right play with the ball in his hands, so he must make better decisions in order to maximize his minutes at the highest level. Also lacks the first-step quickness needed to defend against the speediest guards in the NBA.
Long Range Potential: Solid shooting guard with a little upside.
