C Milovan Rakovic's draft rights are now owned by the Bulls after they acquired him in a minor trade with the Magic, which sent Anthony Randolph's contract and a couple second-round picks to Orlando. He has spent his entire career overseas after having his rights acquired by the Magic back in 2007, and it's unknown when he might be ready to play here, if ever.
