What does it give the Houston Rockets?
The son of former NBA power forward of the same name, Martin Jr. has an outside chance of earning a spot in the Rockets rotation this season. He is more likely going to apprentice in the G-League in 2020-21.

What does it give the Sacramento Kings?
The Kings decided not to keep Martin Jr. around, but they were at least able to secure a second-rounder in next year's draft and some cash from Houston. The Kings have plenty of options on the wings this season.

Fantasy Impact
