For Dallas, Wright gives them options and versatility at the guard position. He can play either the point or off the ball, and can also come off the bench and be a leader for the second unit. He is likely to back up Luka Doncic in Dallas and possibly serve as the sixth man off the bench.

For the Grizzlies, this deal is mostly about recuperating future assets after accepting the sign-and-trade deal with Dallas for Wright. Singh is a 7-2 project center, while the second-rounders are for down the road. Rookie Ja Morant and newcomer De'Anthony Melton will man the point in Memphis moving forward.

Wright could become a fantasy factor if his role grows with Dallas. He is worthy of late-round consideration in deeper drafts. Singh is a long shot to ever garner much fantasy attention, and first he has to sign with Memphis. That is not a given.
