What does it give the Atlanta Hawks?
Mack is a backup point guard, so he should help mentor star rookie Trae Young and give Atlanta more options (they also have Jeremy Lin on the roster).

What does it give the Memphis Grizzlies?
Dorsey is more of a shooter than ball-handler, and he is a lot younger than Mack. So, Memphis may give him a chance to show his worth to the organization.
