Ware will join the Blazers for the Las Vegas Summer League.

Ware was waived Friday by the Wizards, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.

Ware signed a training camp deal with the Wizards on Thursday, Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post reports.

Casper Ware will not play vs. the Jazz on Saturday. He ranked second in Orlando Pro Summer League at 19.0 points per game for the 76ers. Ware was one of the handful of esoteric guys on the team last year, but couldn't hold a regular role. He could get in the rotation due to Pierre Jackson tearing his Achilles.

76ers signed G Casper Ware to a second 10-day contract. Ware will get another chance to prove he can be a third point guard in the NBA. On his first 10-day, he averaged 3.6 points and 1.2 assists while shooting 24.0 percent from the field in 14.2 minutes.
