The Chargers signed Dye (wrist) to a one-year deal Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Dye logged 17 total tackles, including 1.0 sack, while also forcing one fumble in 15 games with the Vikings in the 2023 regular season.

The Vikings placed Dye (wrist) on injured reserve Saturday.

Dye had one total tackle and played on 22 of the defense's 55 snaps in Sunday's loss to Denver.

Dye didn't record a tackle and played all 17 snaps on special teams in Sunday's win over Green Bay.

Dye (foot) is not on the injury report Wednesday and will play Sunday against the Packers, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.
