Scouting Report
Has fairly good size for a linebacker, so he is capable of playing on the strong side against blocking tight ends. The University of Oregon product is not flashy but he tends to get the job done (no matter what is asked of him). Lacks the skills to rush the passer with consistency, so his best role at the NFL level is as a 4-3 linebacker (at any of the three positions) or as an inside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme.
