Does a lot of productive things off the snap. Plays heads-up football, reading the action well then finding a way to get to the ball-carrier. Makes the most of his big, long frame in hauling down opponents and battling. Has some spin moves and makes an effort in pass coverage. While he does have a short-area burst he doesn't possess ideal foot-speed, even for a hulking defensive lineman. Too often gets off his feet, lunging to make tackles and grabs. Could do a better job driving through tackles and blockers.
Long Range Potential: Long, strong, hustling depth defensive lineman.
