The Browns struggled significantly last season busting up and intercepting passes, and Taylor has the goods to help out in those areas. He didn't quite pan out for the 'Phins as expected after getting selected in the second round of the '13 draft (No. 54 overall), but Taylor has talent and the Browns need it. Getting a pick back as well makes this a nice, fairly low-risk move for Cleveland.

The Browns drop salary here by moving Taylor, a player who didn't really live up to the team's fairly high expectations of him. They also moved up in the draft, and used their suddenly higher 7th-round selection to snap up QB prospect Brandon Doughty. The Dolphins clearly coveted Doughty to some extent, so this deal works for them on multiple levels.

Doughty was super-productive in his final two years of college (throwing for almost 10,000 yards and nearly 100 TDs over that span), so this is an intriguing move for Miami. Meanwhile Cleveland gets a toolsy and experienced cornerback who can help right away, so it's a solid deal for both teams. That said, there isn't much fantasy impact on either side (at least for 2016).
