Primarily a return man in Green Bay, Davis figures to provide depth at the wide receiver positions for the Raiders. He might also be featured on special teams, since usual returner Dwayne Harris is currently banged up.

A fifth-round draft pick in 2016, Davis never really blossomed in Green Bay as anything more than a return man. So, the Packers moved on and acquired a future late-round draft pick in the process.

Davis should not make much of a fantasy impact, as his main talents are on special teams. He does not need to be picked up in virtually all fantasy formats.
