BOEHM BROUGHT IN BY MIAMI Friday, August 30, 2019
The Miami Dolphins acquired offensive guard/center Evan Boehm and an undisclosed draft pick in 2020 from the Indianapolis Colts for an undisclosed conditional draft pick in 2020.
What does it give the Miami Dolphins?
The Dolphins continue to add bodies to provide more depth to their offensive line. Boehm, who can play both guard and center, should make the team and come off the bench as a versatile O-lineman.
What does it give the Indianapolis Colts?
The Colts' offensive line situation is a lot more stable than Miami's, so Indianapolis was comfortable moving backup Boehm at this time. They should get a draft pick upgrade with this transaction.
Fantasy Impact
There is no fantasy impact here, as Boehm may not play enough to impact the offensive line (and the offense in general).
