Scouting Report
A center-fielder type, he had excellent hands and ball skills. Read plays and made great decisions in zone coverage. Jumped well and could break up plays over the middle. Made good tackles in pursuit. Did not have great speed and had difficulty turning and cutting with receivers in man coverage. Was not an in-the-box run stuffer or big hitter. Lacked consistency and could get burned in coverage in the NFL.
