The son of longtime NFL wideout Joe Horn will make his living trying to shut down players like his dad. He has the size and length to be a shutdown corner who can play in any coverage scheme and take on an opposing top receiver. A broken foot cost him most of his rookie season, but he showed enough before being injured to raise expectations. His run support has to improve, but all the tools are there for stardom.
