Blocked on the depth chart in college, he began the conversion from wide receiver to tight end in order to leverage his elite size and body mass. Creates mismatches against linebackers as a slot weapon; he has the wingspan and extension to make catches beyond defenders' reach. Can stand to add functional weight for in-line blocking duties. Tends to be muscled off routes, so he may incubate on special teams.
