An outstanding athlete who was drafted in the first round to play baseball too, he runs well, is elusive and can really make defenders miss when he hits the open field. Has a strong throwing arm that can be a real weapon for the deep passing game. Is a proven winner with plenty of grit and determination to be the best. Lacks size for a quarterback in a big way, both in terms of height and also bulk. So, there will always be questions about his ability to stay healthy in the NFL. May also struggle on quick throws at the highest level (because he will have to pass around and through linemen). There are also a few questions about his ability to lead.
