Does it all in the middle of the field: a punishing and prolific run-stuffing thumper who also drops back impressively in pass coverage and can also get to the QB. Strong, feisty, and physical. Can be an effective in either a 4-3 or 3-4 setup (with good positional and role versatility). Has enough size to cover tight ends. Lacks top-tier foot-speed, and doesn't make up for it with great size for a linebacker. Sometimes relies on his physicality alone to get the job done, when he can / should be using more technique and savvy to stack and shed. Likely must find more of a niche in the NFL than he had in college.
Long Range Potential: Physical, high-motor linebacker with great run-stuffing ability.
