Hill (heel) practiced in full Friday and does not have an injury designation for Sunday's regular-season opener against the Saints, Darin Gantt of the Saints' official site reports.

The Panthers are slated to re-sign Hill to a one-year contract, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
