A perennial backup in the National Football League, he owns an excellent foundation with height, downfield vision and arm strength for the pro game. Exhibits attributes of a classic pocket passer with a quick, accurate release; his high football IQ enables him to process and execute a game plan. Suspect footwork and a general lack of mobility make him prone to sacks and turnovers. His lack of game action is a detriment, since he is still largely unproven at the NFL level.
