Excels at picking off passes thanks to focus, length, and big hands. Very aggressive in the secondary, constantly making plays on the ball. Will deal out big hits to ball-carriers. Has above-average speed and is a threat to take passes all the way back. Not very patient and isn't a quick reactor; gets too aggressive at times looking for either the interception or the big hit, and will get beaten downfield or miss tackles. Needs to read plays better and wrap up. May be better suited to safety.
