Brought a lot of power to the interior O-line. A nasty blocker, he combined great punch and surprising agility to get out to the second level. Had solid speed for an offensive lineman on pulls. Was both a center and a guard at the NFL level. Was not a top-tier athlete. Took some time to develop as a pro and lacked polish in his technique in pass protection (especially when using leverage against defenders). His durability was questionable.
