Eagles re-signed LB Emmanuel Acho. CB Shaun Prater was waived in a corresponding roster move. The Eagles acquired Acho from the Browns in April, but he didn't make it past final cuts. He then signed with the Giants' practice squad. The 2012 sixth-rounder should contribute on special teams.

New Eagles LB Emmanuel Acho is 100 percent recovered from the meniscus tear that landed him on injured reserve last August. Initially, the injury was undisclosed, but after his trade to the Eagles on Wednesday the nature of the ailment was revealed. The 6-foot-2, 238-pound inside 'backer will compete for a reserve role behind Mychal Kendricks and DeMeco Ryans.

Browns traded LB Emmanuel Acho to the Eagles in exchange for RB Dion Lewis.
