Scouting Report
A well-rounded linebacker, he excelled at reading plays in front of him. Did a nice job of stepping up against the run, yet was also very good in pass coverage; he constantly made plays on throws to bust them up. Did not own either elite speed or size. Added some muscle to his frame later on in his NFL career, which helped him against stronger blockers. Was mostly an inside 'backer in a 3-4 scheme or outside man in a 4-3 setup.
Long Range Potential: Quality, productive all-around linebacker.
