Proved he could be an elite featured running back and a top producer. Feisty running the ball, he had explosive athleticism and speed. Possessed solid size and was a proven receiver out of the backfield. Was a strong blocker. Was not very elusive and took his fair share of hits, making him vulnerable to injury. Ball security was a question mark at times. Showed season-to-season inconsistency, looking like a superstar one year and mediocre the next.
