Bears waived RB Armando Allen, TE Fendi Onobun, CB Demontre Hurst, DT Christian Tupou, RB Harvey Unga, DL Aston Whiteside and DE Josh Williams. Allen was angling for No. 3 duties, but a hamstring injury torpedoed his roster chances. Onobun stood out in the offseason program, but commenced to fade in pads. Unga was briefly on the roster last season, but didn't appear in a game.
