The six-year college football wide receiver did not blossom until his senior season. He can line up inside or outside and is fearless with the ball in his hands, either as a wideout or kick returner. His speed can leave defensive backs in the dust, so he is a threat while returning both kickoffs and punts. He has to improve his route-running skills, but can be dangerous as a catch-and-run player who turns short passes into big gains.
