A tight end-turned-tackle, he might be best suited to playing guard at the NFL level because of his short arms. No matter where he plays, he is a nasty run blocker with above-average technique who sustains and finishes his blocks. Is balanced and coordinated in pass protection, though he will have to get into his set faster to cope with NFL rushers and resist the temptation to get grabby.
