Physical and feisty running the football. A one-cut downhill ball-carrier who pounds it inside and fights for every yard. Plays bigger than his size and doesn't go down easily. Good around the goal-line, and generally follows his blocking. Also solid catching the pigskin out of the backfield. Not really a home-run threat: is neither fast getting out to the corner nor elusive in open space, and takes contact a little too early and often. Doesn't have many moves to make tacklers miss, and must show he can avoid frequent injuries over the long term.
