Browns signed WR Anthony Armstrong, formerly of the Redskins. Armstrong, 31, is a slightly built (5'11/180) speedster with ties to new Browns OC Kyle Shanahan from D.C. The Browns will be in trouble if at any point they're forced to lean on Armstrong for significant regular season snaps.

Armstrong was released by three different teams last season, and caught just three passes in six games. He'll have to fight to survive first cuts in camp wherever he ends up.

Dallas has been the NFL's most aggressive team when it comes to future signings so far. Armstrong has experience in the league with Miami and Washington. Sheffield is a former Chiefs draft pick. Dominguez has spent time in Green Bay.
