For the Ravens, they needed more wide receiver depth after losing Michael Campanaro to a back injury in Week 4. They're also still without rookie Breshad Perriman (knee), so Givens should help Baltimore as a short-term plug-in.

The Rams gladly moved Givens, since the latter was buried down the depth chart this season. Givens is a deep threat, which may work well with strong-armed starting QB Joe Flacco on the Ravens.

Givens had virtually zero fantasy value in St. Louis, so the move to Baltimore should be good for him. That said, he still has a ways to go before being on the fantasy radar.
