Veteran Ingram returns to his original team, the Saints, in order to give Alvin Kamara a quality backup running back. Look for New Orleans to use a lot more two-back formations with both Kamara and Ingram on the field at the same time (just like they used to do).

The Texans have been methodically moving on from several veteran players on the roster this year, with Ingram being the latest to be moved. Will franchise QB Deshaun Watson be next? This is a team in clear rebuilding mode.

Ingram has slightly more appeal with the Saints, even as Kamara's backup running back. He can be picked up in most leagues if he is available.
