In Brockers, the Lions get a quality defensive lineman with plenty of versatility and talent. He was overshadowed by Aaron Donald in Los Angeles but should make a name for himself with the Lions moving forward. This is a great move by Detroit.

The Rams needed to get under the salary cap before the start of the new league year, so they basically gifted Brockers to the Lions for very little in return. The Rams have lost talent on defense this off-season, so look for them to seek cheap alternatives.

Brockers will make an impact on the Lions but his fantasy value remains limited. He is not a great option for IDP leagues at this time.
