The Falcons needed a tight end after losing Austin Hooper to free agency and releasing Luke Stocker, so adding Hurst here makes sense. A first-round pick in 2018 (No. 25 overall), Hurst has some untapped upside as a receiver. He could flourish in Atlanta, a far more passing-oriented team than Baltimore.

Hurst was arguably No. 3 on Baltimore's tight end depth chart (behind Nick Boyle and Mark Andrews), so the Ravens did well here to upgrade to a second-round draft pick (while also downgrading from a fourth to a fifth). Baltimore will likely add a third tight end to the stables because they use that position a lot.

Hurst goes from a time-sharing situation with the Ravens to replacing Hooper as the lead tight end in Atlanta. Therefore, his fantasy stock could skyrocket (especially if he quickly develops chemistry with Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan). Hurst has fantasy breakout potential for 2020.
